30. Summoning contracts

Harry decided to take a small nap as Tony had stressed enough that he shouldn't start training anytime soon.

Harry felt the light breeze against his face as he settled on the sturdy branch of the tree. The rustling leaves above provided a soothing lullaby, and he found himself drifting off into a calm and peaceful slumber. The decision to take a nap there on the branch instead of heading back to the mansion seemed natural to him. The tranquility of the surroundings and the gentle sway of the tree branch made it the perfect spot for a midday nap.

As the sun began to sink lower in the sky, Harry stirred from his nap. He yawned and stretched, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. He glanced around, taking in the beauty of the setting sun painting the sky with a myriad of colors. It was then that he remembered the summoning contracts he had stored in his system space.

Without wasting any time, Harry retrieved the two summoning contracts from his system space. One was for a small scout type Hawk, and the other was for Katsuyu, a legendary creature from the Naruto World. Harry held the contracts in his hands, feeling a sense of excitement and anticipation coursing through him. It was time to make a contract with these summoning beasts.

Harry focused his chakra and began the process of forming a contract with Katsuyu.

He took a deep breath, focusing on the feeling of his chakra flowing through his body. He then bit his finger, drawing blood, and dropped it onto the summoning contract. As the blood made contact with the paper, a surge of energy pulsed through the air, and Harry felt a strange sensation wash over him. It was as if he was in a trance, and he heard a gentle voice resound in his head.

"Young one, are you the one who summoned me?" the gentle voice echoed, and Harry knew it belonged to Katsuyu. "This is unprecedented. How is it possible for someone from a completely different world to hold my contract?"

Harry shook his head, trying to shake off the disorientation from the summoning process. "I am Harry," he began, speaking to the voice in his head. "I am from a world where ninjas are just a part of imagination, but I possess chakra. I seek to make a contract with you, Katsuyu."

In the hindsight Harry wondered how Katsuyu knew that he was from a different world than her.

"Harry from another world," Katsuyu's voice sounded both curious and incredulous. "How is it that you possess the power of chakra, and how did you come to possess my contract? This has never happened before. Tell me more about your world and how you came to be in possession of my summoning contract."

Harry took a moment to gather his thoughts before he began to explain his extraordinary made-up journey to Katsuyu. He recounted his encounter with a mysterious being who had granted him access to the knowledge of chakra and also regarding the knowledge of the world filled with ninjas.

"Is Otutsuki behind this?" Katsuyu murmured.

"The what now?" Harry muttered acting confused.

"It's nothing," Katsuyu said, shaking her head as if to dispel her suspicions. "Please, continue telling me about your world. You mentioned people with strange abilities and gods. I would like to hear more about them."

Harry took a moment before saying anything.

"Would anyone hear our conversation?" He asked.

"That's absolutely impossible. You don't have to worry about things like this," Katsuyu uttered with complete confidence.

"You have no idea how strong people in my world are," Harry retorted.

"It's not about strength. There is a weird energy protecting as well as connecting us both to each other. I have never in my entire life seen such an energy filled to brim with power. I think the energy belongs to the mysterious being you had met," Katsuyu tried to explain.

Harry didn't respond and just nodded his head, as worry left his face. He already knew how powerful the system was after what 'He who remains' had said and now he had experienced it once more.

Since the conversation was protected by the system and taking place in his mind, Harry didn't need to worry regarding anyone hearing the conversation.

After gathering his thoughts he spoke of the Marvel universe, where he described a multitude of heroes and villains with extraordinary powers and abilities. He recounted the tales of individuals like Iron Man, a genius inventor who crafted a suit of armor to fight injustice, and Thor, the Norse God of Thunder who wielded a mighty hammer called Mjolnir.

As he spoke, Katsuyu listened intently, her eyes widening with each new revelation. The idea of other worlds with beings possessing powers beyond the realm of understanding was truly fascinating to her. She couldn't help but compare the similarities between the shinobi world and this Marvel universe that Harry described. Both worlds seemingly possessed individuals with extraordinary abilities and the determination to protect their respective realms from harm.

Harry continued to regale Katsuyu with stories of heroes like Captain America, a super soldier with enhanced strength and agility, and the Hulk, a scientist who transformed into a colossal, rage-fueled monster. He spoke of the Guardians of the Galaxy, a team of outcasts and misfits who banded together to defend the universe from cosmic threats.

Harry then went on to describe the cosmic entities that inhabited the Marvel universe, such as the powerful cosmic entity known as Galactus, who consumed entire worlds to sustain himself. He spoke of the ancient beings called the Celestials, who traveled the cosmos conducting experiments on life forms across the universe.

As Harry continued to recount the tales of the Marvel universe, Katsuyu found herself captivated by the stories of these otherworldly beings and their incredible powers. She couldn't help but wonder how such beings would fare against the formidable forces of her own world, or if they would even be able to comprehend the intricate web of politics and warfare that defined the shinobi world.

When Harry finally concluded his tales of the Marvel universe, Katsuyu was left in awe of the sheer diversity and complexity of the world he described. She marveled at the idea of a universe teeming with such a vast array of beings and powers, each with their own unique stories and struggles.

"Your world is truly remarkable, Harry," Katsuyu remarked, her voice filled with wonder. "The beings you've described possess powers and abilities that seem almost unfathomable. It's fascinating to consider how such individuals would fare in our own world."

Harry smiled, pleased to see Katsuyu so enraptured by his tales. He had always found solace in the fantastical stories of other worlds, and now he was glad to be able to share them with someone who could appreciate them just as much.

"I'm glad you find it interesting," Harry replied pleased with his own story telling abilities.

She mused. "I never imagined that there could be other realms beyond my own. But tell me, Harry, what is it that you seek by making a contract with me? What do you hope to gain from our partnership?"

"A helpful companion, I think," Harry answered straight forwardly.
