Problem with Slight Crackle

All three of Sylvester's relatives watched as he descended to the ground, awe-struck.

Sylvester and Halia were rather unperturbed, having 'witnessed' his performance against Valery. Sylvester knew his secret too, so he wasn't surprised either. They all looked in his direction as he landed softly on the sandy ground.

His feet squished a burnt snake as he did so.

'Ew.' Melchior couldn't help but comment inwardly when that happened.

He kept Stormrage in his hands in case anything happened, but didn't really expect another attack. His Spirit's Mind Eye had told him that all Dune Serpents in a 200-metre radius were utterly dead!

But there was still something he had yet to do.

Melchior turned towards Harlon with a clear-cut frown on his face. Stormrage's shimmering silver edge almost seemed to screech as he approached.
