She even trailed him to his office, nearly causing a misunderstanding with Rumi and Kurenai.

Fortunately, Yoichi explained the situation beforehand, allowing them to reluctantly accept the incredible reality. Despite looking about their age, Yoko was indeed Yoichi's daughter.

After much following and pestering, Yoichi finally asked her what she wanted.

To fulfill his daughter's wishes, Yoichi redeemed the ability [Random Summon] again. However, he couldn't guarantee the summoned beast would suit her and clarified this upfront.

Despite this, Yoko jumped with joy, hugged him tightly, and exclaimed, "Thank you, Father!" before happily running off.

Her loud declaration, however, caught the attention of others, who curiously turned to look at the Fifth Hokage. Many were left wondering when he had a daughter of this age.

Yoichi didn't mind spending the resources to redeem Random Summon; he could accrue twelve draws per year, with the option to specifically redeem four previously obtained abilities. Even if the summoned beast wasn't useful, it could still serve as life energy for him.

The necklace he had taken from the other Tsunade was also reclaimed by Yoko. Initially, Yoichi had planned to use it to get Tsunade to pose in embarrassing ways, but his plans were cut short by Yoko's insistence on having it.

At a Konoha Council Meeting

"Fifth Hokage-sama, here are the details on Kirigakure's ninja profiles, the village's current situation, and an overall report on the Land of Water," Mei said, handing over a stack of documents before taking her seat. Behind her stood Ao, the former Mist swordsman and other Kirigakure elites.

The documents had been copied and distributed among key attendees by Rumi, including figures like Tobirama and other leaders.

Today marked a major council meeting in Konoha, gathering almost all senior members. Representatives from the Sand District, including Pakura, and others like Shikaku from the Rain District, had returned to attend.

With Konoha now managing extensive territories, changes were inevitable due to the limited number of ninja available. Plans were discussed to restructure the village's security forces.

The Konoha Police Force was divided into two branches:

Security Force: Composed entirely of ninja, with a minimum rank of chūnin, functioning similarly to the ANBU.

Guard Force: Mainly staffed by civilians enhanced with the Extremis Virus, which increased their physical abilities by three to five times. Some members even reached chūnin-level strength. Exceptional individuals among them were considered for direct integration into Konoha.

"Fifth Hokage-sama, the Land of Water requires guidance for its reforms. We hope you can send someone experienced and capable to assist us," Mei suggested.

After a brief pause, Yoichi scanned the room.

Sakumo immediately lowered his head, avoiding eye contact. He was already overwhelmed training the intelligence division and couldn't afford to take on more tasks. Being sent to oversee reforms in the Land of Water would undoubtedly overextend him.

After some consideration, Yoichi settled on Tobirama. "Second Hokage, delegate Rain District matters to Shikaku. You'll oversee reforms in the Land of Water."

Tobirama nodded, having anticipated this. "Very well. How many personnel will the village allocate for this mission?"

"Stay after the meeting to discuss details. Shikaku, you'll continue managing the Rain District for now. Once things are settled, you'll get an extended break," Yoichi said.

"Understood, Fifth Hokage-sama," Shikaku replied. Though disappointed at not being able to rest, he took solace in the fact that his clan's cooperation with the village was now critical.

After four hours of deliberation, the meeting adjourned. Additional discussions followed, finalizing Tobirama's team of 120 personnel to oversee the Land of Water's transition into the Mizu-Mist District.

Returning to his office, Yoichi stretched, and Rumi handed him a cup of tea.

"Sensei, relax with some tea," she said with a sweet smile.

"Thank you, Rumi," Yoichi replied, taking a sip. "You always make the best tea. By the way, what's next on the agenda?"

"The Sixth Hokage election process has begun. We've also received intelligence on Iwa and Kumo from Nono. Additionally, Konan has requested an audience. The rest are minor matters," Rumi reported.

"Hmm, ignore Iwa and Kumo for now. I'll step out briefly. Handle things with Kurenai while I'm gone," Yoichi instructed.

"Of course, Sensei," Rumi replied with a smile but sighed inwardly after he left, touching her abdomen.

She had hoped to bear Yoichi's child, but his recent precautions had thwarted her plans.

Visiting Konan

Yoichi appeared in Konan's quarters just as she removed her black cloak, revealing her slender figure. Startled, she quickly composed herself.

"The Rain Country has been fully integrated into Konoha, and the terms of our agreement have been fulfilled," Konan said coolly.

Yoichi nodded. "You've done well. I didn't expect you to finish so quickly. As agreed, Nagato is being well-treated in Konoha's prison. Do you want to visit him?"

"Yes, I'll see him tomorrow. The Rain Country's integration into Konoha was due to your policies, not my efforts," Konan admitted, acknowledging how Konoha's reforms had swayed the population.

"What's your purpose in calling me here?" Yoichi asked.

Konan hesitated. "Nagato is no longer a threat. Could he…?"

"No," Yoichi interrupted firmly. "You've already received leniency. Don't push it. Nagato's survival is the result of your efforts."

Konan tried to argue, but Yoichi silenced her with a gesture. "It seems I've given you too much leeway, Konan."

Without warning, he lifted her and carried her to the bedroom.

Later That Night

After leaving Konan's quarters, Yoichi reflected on his plans to gather resources from other timelines. With this in mind, he decided to visit Kaguya for information on the God Tree and the Ōtsutsuki clan's activities.

"Kaguya," Yoichi called as he found her engrossed in a book at the library.

Turning to him, her gaze silently asked what he needed.

"I need to know what happened after you consumed the God Tree's fruit and how much information exists about onmyoji in this world. I need details," he said.

While his ultimate goal was to uncover information about Ōtsutsuki Isshiki and his Ten-Tails, Yoichi knew Kaguya's knowledge was limited. Nonetheless, it was a start.
