Two Mothers

 When Athena heard the young boy's voice on the other line, she fell silent for a moment, wondering if she was just imagining things or not.

She checked her phone screen to make sure that she didn't dial the wrong number.

'His voice is similar to Aaron's. But there is no way Aaron will answer Dominique's phone. Aaron is in Country M right now.' Athena convinced herself.

Meanwhile, Aaron also recognized Athena's voice when she spoke up.

'I'm certain. I am talking to Aunt Athena. She called Uncle Dom. It only means they know each other.' Aaron's eyes lit up. 'Uncle Dominique is no longer a stranger to Aunt Athena. She will no longer forbid me from talking to him.'

"May I speak to Dominique Smith?" Athena asked the young boy again.
