Spell casting on Earth?

After dropping his sister at her friend's home, Chris returned home, hoping to achieve something monumental. He wanted to use spells in a world that was yet to awaken properly.

An unawakened world means it lacks mana, which is the base energy required for spells to take shape. Without mana or any other magical energy, it would be impossible to use magic spells.

This was something Chris found out from one of the books in the magic tower. He also knows that Earth is partially awakened, which means that there should be mana, though not much but sufficient enough for a few people.

Moreover, he already formed his mana core and even levelled up it a bit, which means, that there is mana here and that he can use spells here on Earth. Even if the mana in his surroundings is not sufficient enough, he can cast spells until his own mana is emptied out.
