Even if she was hurt, the adrenaline and anger she was feeling made her pull through. Considering what she had gone through, she didn't even feel that much pain.

"Yeah, I know he took the quest before we left in the Main City. I didn't think he was actually going to do this, but it seems I have underestimated him."

Ariel took a few steps forward with a lot of difficulty, staggering as she advanced.

"What about you two? Why are you here? Shouldn't you be looking inside the cave?"

Lucian smiled. "We found something. But we didn't want to take any risks, so we went looking for the two of you."

Ariel nodded. Lucian had obviously noticed that she was nowhere to be seen, so he must have known something was wrong here. Ariel was still sure that Lucian's special skill was related to his vision. However, she couldn't be more wrong.
