Richmond was fairly aware of the charmed and privileged life of a princess. It was the dream of every girl child to live in a grand palace, with lots of maids to take care of all their needs.
Although some princesses face a life of a regimental daily routine, cooking, cleaning, working long shifts and other menial jobs were forbidden chores.
Sadly, in the case of the beautiful princess Lola, a painful twist of fate relegated her to the harshest phase of a commoner's life, filled with abuse, criticism and humiliation.
Richmond inwardly wept for Lola's misfortune as his gaze deepened into hers. Not only was she a workaholic and dutiful woman, but she was an awesome cook, capable of melting the soul with her uniquely incorporated flavours in the dish and her artistic garnishing.
"Lola, I can't believe you made this. How did you come about these unique flavours? Are you a secret chef?"
