In an instant, everyone threw their gazes at Silvano. The man smoothed his clothes and raked his hands through his hair to comb it. He then walked briskly toward the gates. Soon enough, he leaned on the side of the smaller opening as if a cool person. Seconds after, two figures walked toward the estate's gates. Gephardt and Cherie finally arrived home.
"Why do I smell Wren's blood in the air?" Gephardt gasped and ran inside after Rhine opened the gate for them. He didn't even notice the man at the side.
"We have so many guests." Cherie glanced at the front yard and saw more faces than there should be. Then again, her gaze was pulled to the side as she passed the gate. Her reddish eyes met the ones coming from the smiling man at the side. She hugged the paper bags tighter. "…Master Silvano…"
