Chapter 627: Almost Trapped

Leng Le decisively threw her pillow at Gu Fan, jolting him awake.

"What's the matter, what happened?" Gu Fan looked around in confusion, then realized that nothing was amiss.

In anger, Leng Le asked, "Why did you let me act alone, why didn't you join in?"

In response, Gu Fan reasoned, "The main thing is they want to hear you shout. They're not interested in my noise, so it doesn't matter whether I join in."

Pointing at Gu Fan's nose, Leng Le muttered accusingly, "Were you doing it on purpose? Are you playing me?"
