Chapter 73

"Yes, master, but I think he does not know he was doing it," the spirit said. Aware that if Zach wasn't bothered the first day he was able to jog, he might have had a smile even brighter than what he has now.

After watching Zach train for more than a week, the spirit knew he would sometimes frown and mumble words like he needed to return immediately because of his state. Other times, he would stop exercising and bite his lower lip. Then he would ask her if Sonia looked comfortable while she sleep.

Sonia watched Zach stop and hold onto the wall. Despite the distance, she could tell he was panting for breath, but he looked pleased. 

After a few seconds, he jogged at a slower pace again before gradually increasing it. 

Sonia looked at the spirit. "Isn't he overdoing it? Shouldn't he rest a bit longer?'

The spirit looked at Zach. Her eyes drooped as she tilted her head lazily. "No, master, he can already jog five rounds continuously."
