Tail Wagging

A strange feeling of exhaustion and cold suddenly awakened Alm and Bruno's consciousness. Upon opening their eyes, they found themselves in total darkness, surrounded by a silent sense of strangeness.

They quickly assessed the situation, internally analyzing it. 'I feel a heart and blood flowing. We're not something very strange this time,' Bruno commented in relief. But in the next second, he realized he raised a flag.

Feeling the cold ground they were lying on, Alm moved his body, sensing his muscles and limbs. 'This is not human... I see no size difference between legs and arms... it seems like we're something that walks on four legs,' he calmly analyzed.

Bruno nodded, turning from side to side, unable to see anything. It seemed like they had returned to being mortals. Then he commented lightly, 'From the weakness and cold we're feeling, we have no cultivation. And I still taste a bitter taste in my mouth...'
