CHAPTER 4: A NEW FRIEND {Chloe}

The next morning, I woke up full of energy, after that fabulous dish Lilo prepared last night,and i felt more light headed now that I got the chance to appologize to Kelvi.i wasn't comfortable setting boundaries between us.i and Kelvi have been getting along real quick, he's really working on this friendship thing.I went to school earlier than usual, you already know why because of Jack of course,well I want us to bond more. During the music class I and Jack were sitting down together. then, Chloe walked up to us,"hey guys,is the third seat vacant" "uhm,no,you can sit if you want "i said "thanks "she wanted to sit down when Jack spoke "chloe, couldn't you find another seat ?""jack!"i whispered "don't Jack me,what do you want Chloe?" Jack asked her quite rudely "i want to be you and Jenny's friend " "couldn't you hold your horses till find out what she wanted ,ohh poor girl she only wants to be our friend"i whispered,"jenny snap out of it,look around there's plenty of vacant seat,where she can seat and student,whom she can befriend ,why us ?"he whispered softly, Chloe voice interrupted us "it's okay ,if you don't want me sit here or to be your friend, I'll just go and find another seat" she walked up to another girl,then she sat down,it was obvious that she was sad "jack , isn't she your seat partner""yeah so what " "come on Jack don't be ridiculous,just say yes I promise,she won't take your best friend from you"i smiled like and blinked my eyes like a cute lost puppy,I knew he couldn't resist my cute eyes"pleeeeeeease""don't fool me that look, ugh,okay,on one condition..." "bup,bup,bup bup,no ifs and buts " "it just --" "bup bup bup -- I'm not going to listen to you " "okay ,do whatever you like " "thank you ,Jack , you're the best " I pecked ,then hug him,"miss winter, romance is not allowed in my class "the teacher voice interrupted the hugging session."sorry 

Ma'am,I got a to excited"the students giggled.i felt embarrassed but it was worth it ."thank you "i whispered to jack .After the boring lesson of music,I walked to where Chloe was, she was ready to leave when I stopped her ."can I have a moment with you?" she nodded.we both waited until the class was empty,I broke the silence "uhm-- music class are boring right?" that's a lame question Jenny ,try something else "uhm-- I'm sorry for what Jack did over there,I mean he's not that bad,but sometimes he's has hot as a lava "she chuckle "i Know, I'm bad at telling jokes""no, you did well, and so for music lessons,I hate music,it super boring""woah!,I don't know nerd get bored too" "how did ...""i know you're a nerd , it's obvious, only nerds wear spectacles , always carries book around,mind their business,and one most important thing,they never get along with other students.to be truthful, someone actually told me you use to competite with kelvi.""that's an old tale now ,cause kelvi doesn't care about his studies anymore" "if it's safe to ask, why?" "nobody knows""it looks like we've got a lot in common, we're so going to rock this school are you in?""uhm--,what about jack?" "don't worry about him,he already agreed" "you guys must really be close" "yeah, he's my Best friend"she sighed.then spoke "you Know, I have never really had a best friend " "well, girl you've got your self a new bestie, I'm not really a nerd or a book worm, promise me you won't turn me into one." "i promise I won't" she chuckle "I don't like the life of a nerd , it's so simple,less talking ,more reading" her face changed "nobody want to be friends with a nerd " "no, no,no , that's not what I meant,it was a compliment ,cloe,everybody is different and unique"" I don't kinda get why you're being so nice to me, Jenny" I moved more closer to her and stretched my hand to her "this is how I am,come-on Chloe,you can trust me , let find jack"she hesitated"don't worry Chloe's i'm not going to change who you are unless you wanna change yourself"she held my hand,we went out of the music room,to the cafeteria.chleo is really a fantastic girl ,she understands me,now I'm satisfied cause, i finally found my type of friends,ones a weirdo and the other is a book worm.hehehehe, isn't that interesting.

FIGHT AT SCHOOL.

After lunch, I went to the class first, allowing Jack and Chloe to bond well, though jack doesn't really like Chloe that much but he's trying anyway, entering the class no one was there,I checked the time it's almost time for the next class,"where is everybody?" asking my self .then, I heard people shouting, fight! fight!-- .the noise was definitely coming from downstairs ,I ran downstairs as quickly as I can, getting downstairs, I was shocked to see kelvi with another guy from our class I think his name was Maxwell fighting!,kelvi seemed very angry, kelvi gave him a heavy blow,he fell to the ground,he was struggling to get up, kelvi picked him up with his collar ,he punched him again,his nose started to bleed,I ran over to where they were.kelvi wanted to strike Maxwell again, but I grabbed his hand ,I could hear the crowd gasp.he released his hand forcefully ,which made me fall to the ground"ahh--"I hissed in pain,I looked at my knee,it was bleeding.despite the pain I felt ,I got up and stood between kelvi and Maxwell."move!" kelvi yelled angrily.i looked him the eyes,his green eyes were burning in rage. "i said move"he yelled louder, bringing his fist to my face,my throat went dry,I could feel the color on my face disappear.i was sure my eyes were filled with fear and tears,I blinked the tears back."w_why did you stop?"i said with the hope that fear wouldn't reflect in my voice."Do you want to die ?"a husky voice said from the back.i looked at him with side gaze "Do you want to die?"i returned the question.he was speechless.i turned my face back to kelvi "stop this madness, look at him kelvi if you hit him one more time he's going to die,kelvi this isn't you,let go of his collar"to my surprise he released Maxwells collar.he looked down, he was trying to avoid my eyes, I held his hand and dragged him to the class,he didn't say a word,he just followed like an obedient puppy.we entered the class."sit down" I ordered,he sat.I continue "what has gotten into you kelvi ,what could Maxwell have done to you that made you beat him to a pulp."i opened my bag ,I brought a first aid kit and ointment ."give me your hand "he tried to cover his wound with his other hand ,I sat in front of him "there's nothing to be ashamed of, it's just me and you here and friends don't hide things from each other "he sighed and gave me his hand.i cleaned his wound, applied ointment,I was wrapping his hand when he spoke"jenny, I'm sorry""for what?"i asked without looking up "for almost hitting you,you shouldn't have come between us,you could have gotten hurt--"i raised my head "are you saying I should have allowed you to kill Maxwell" "still you shouldn't have-" "shhhh--you are distracting me " i finished wrapping his hand."there you go,kelvi i think you should apologize to maxwell."he removed his hand from my grasp "it's Okay if you don't want to apologize.i won't force you."after that statement silence dragged,"uhhm--,I think I'll get going,I need to find jack "i got up turning to leave ,kelvi held my hand "thank you" "friends don't thank each other,we hug,{SPREADING MY ARMS}, hehehehe! I think I said to much"he pulled me down and hugged me.i wasn't expecting that but I kinda enjoyed it."uhhmm...,kelvi I'm unable to breath here."i said in a dieing voice."ohh!, I'm sorry "he released me."phew!, I'll get going now.""jenny you are bleeding"he pointed "where?,{LOOKING DOWN} ohh that! It's nothing, it's going to heal by itself" "sit down"i sat down.he knelt down in front of me,he cleaned the wound,I hiss in pain,he blew the spot.
