[Round 1: fight and survive three enemies]
Three monsters appeared before me like they were loading in those video games. They appeared pixel by pixel. One was a wolf. There were two smaller wolves and one big wolf. The little wolves were A-rank, and the bog wolf was A+ rank.
When they appeared, a timer appeared before me. It counted down from three. When the timer hit zero, the wolves moved from their position. The two little wolves went directly for me, and the big wolf just stayed where he was and checked me out.
The two wolves who lunged at me were half my height, so even though they were little compared to the big one, they were still big enough to pose a threat. Both of them had their mouths wide open and were ready to bite me.
Wanting to try something different, I didn't do the arcane annihilation but let my sword technique dance. I moved to the right wolf while they were still mid-air and side-stepped to the right of the wolf. While completing that step, he also took his sword and swung at the neck of the wolf.
Because of the buff provided by Aphrodite, my sword had some special effects. While Aphrodite didn't charm anyone, that didn't mean she couldn't do it. The sword was imbued with my magic power and that of Aphrodite.
When it made contact with the neck of the wolf, I cut cleanly through it. I didn't aim to cut off its head because I wanted to try some things, and it wouldn't be fun if it were done already. The cut wasn't that deep, but deep enough to let blood flow out. The wolves jumping on me were confused about where I went, but when they both landed, the right one went to the floor.
"HOOOOWWWL"
It led out a painful howl. His target escaped his sight, but not only that, it also injured him. Turning its injured neck around, he saw the person responsible for this humiliation. He punched his target again and bit hard when he arrived.
Jack, who noticed it too late, let out a loud yell and began to bleed hard from his belly. The big wolf let out a loud howl when the wolf bit Jack. A strange energy entered him and also entered the rest of the wolves. They appeared stronger and also had a golden shield around their bodies.
The big wolf had a purple barrier in front of him and golden energy around him. When the howl ended and the energy cut off, the big wolf looked mad at the little wolf who had just bit Jack. It was confused about why its boss was mad at him, but after looking around, he knew why. The person he had just bit was standing far away from him, completely fine.
He looked at the person he had bit and saw that it was his comrade. He had bit his comrade. Jack, who saw this, laughed. "Hahahaha, the hallucination from Aphrodite's energy is no joke."
The big wolf had enough, jumped in the air, and did a 180° turn. The energy that gathered around its tail finally let go when he turned, and three purple energy shots were fired at Jack. The energy had a corrosion effect, so when it touched you, it was almost certainly a goodbye. Jack picked up his sword in his favorite stance and swung it at the three incoming projectiles.
When the sword struck the projectiles, it made a loud bang. The impact was huge, and shockwaves resulted. The sword Jack was wielding was covered with golden energy. That energy was the god energy that Jack could produce. He used it to negate the corrosion and save his sword from destruction.
He deflected the projectiles, and they landed behind him in the arena. He jumped towards the little wolves, and with his god energy still covering his sword, he sliced the heads of the two wolves off. The two wolves were helpless in front of his sword, and even the golden energy surrounding them didn't help them.
This enraged the big wolf, and it lunged at Jack. Its body was almost twice as big as Jack's, which made it more fun. He readied his sword and swung it towards the wolf. This time, instead of going smoothly through the wolf, it didn't even go through his purple barrier. The wolf, anticipating this, attacked Jack and tried to bite him.
Jack jumped out of the way but wasn't ready for the tail to attack him. He was launched back towards the arena's wall and almost broke it on impact. He quickly stood up when he saw the wolf approaching him. His sword wouldn't work against this wolf, so he had to think about what to beat him with.
So, instead of readying his sword, he took a staff out of his inventory and looked up. His eyes, which were special and had stars in them, weren't just beautiful; they also had a purpose. He made a connection between himself and the stars in the sky. He took one of them and asked them to send something down to help him.
As if listening to a request from his favorite child, the star granted the request and sent something down. At first, it looked tiny, but as it went closer, it became bigger and bigger. Their arena had a barrier that was circular in form but didn't close off above them; it just went so high that you couldn't fly out of it.
The meteorite was welcomed into the barrier without any issues. When the wolf saw what was coming towards him, he howled again, and a moon appeared behind him. The moon was purple instead of white or blue, so it was special.
When the meteorite approached, the moon expanded to protect the wolf, but it was all for naught when the two came in contact. The stars blessed the meteorite and were stronger than the moon. It completely obliterated the wolf and the moon but didn't damage Jack.
Jack was immune to this energy because the stars blessed him, and the stars wouldn't harm him.
