After the recruitment, Charles scanned his summoning interface and immediately spotted Tsunade's recruitment result, 4 fragments. It wasn't the desired 9 fragments, but it also wasn't just the guaranteed 1 fragment, so Charles found this result acceptable.
Knowing that he had accumulated 32 fragments for Tsunade, with just one or two more ten-draw recruitments, Charles could bring her over to his side, which filled him with determination.

The long-awaited Kakashi was about to make an appearance, but Charles wondered what would happen if Kakashi and Captain America, who were both evenly matched with every one of their opponents, were to fight?

But how amusing it would be for characters like Sasuke and Naruto to find out that their teacher is even younger than them.
Charles turned his attention back to the other ninja recruitment results: Kurotsuchi, Naruto Uzumaki from the Wind Chronicles, Temari, Shizune, Jiraiya, and Naruto Uzumaki as a student.
He reviewed all the information and realized that new ninjas had emerged this time.
Temari, the C-level ninja, had met the recruitment requirements.
Charles tallied the results of the ten consecutive draws: 24 fragments in total. There were 4 fragments of A-level ninjas, 14 fragments of B-level ninjas, and 6 fragments of C-level ninjas. Clearly, the recruitment of Young Kakashi was a big success!
After collecting all the ninja fragments, Charles checked his gold coins and realized that he didn't have enough for another ten-draw recruitment.

A new screen appeared before Charles, displaying Temari with a sand ninja forehead protector around her neck and a half-opened fan beside her.

Skills: Temari Whirlwind, Whirlwind Barrage, Temari's Dance of the Wind Formation.
