Ryan at this time is eating with Fisk and the others when he suddenly stopped. Looking into the distance he smiled as he said

Ryan: Khalifa tell everyone to get off of the third Island. We have a guest.

Khalifa: Guest

Carina: That's the island with the Hematite ore mine on it for the Scientist.

Ryan: Kaido is coming. We need a place to fight and it's the only place suitable for us.

Carina: Maybe he came to talk.

Everyone looked at her crazy

Carina: Don't look at me I heard it after I said it.

Khalifa: They are evacuating.

Ryan: Good. You guys stay on alert of sneak attacks. Right now the forces are spread thin and the WG may take this time to attack. Or maybe someone else. After all our weapons have been noticed as being superior for sometime now.

Saying that he grabbed his hammer and opened a hole in the skull and flew out. The hole closed as he disappeared. The others also got up and began to leave.

The Current Sea around Hatchinos has several islands around it. Most are islands with some form of natural wealth. Ore, Fertile land, Large powerful beast or the home's of people like Hancock and Vegapunk.

Coming to the third island he floated in the sky as the clouds became darker. A strong spirit erupted from the distance.

Ryan smiled as he also erupted with his own Conquerors Haki.

The two forces collided as a dragon broke through the clouds.

Kaido: WORORORORORORORORO I finally made it here

Ryan: Don't pretend with me Kaido. You obviously chose this moment for a reason. What do you want?

Kaido: The Gun's and Vegapunk.

Ryan: Don't be absurd Kaido. But I'm curious why you're so confident in coming here. You should know of the 18 pieces I purposely gave one to each force. Of course aside from the revolutionary army because the base is unknown. So that means the WG also has one.

Kaido: What does that have to do with me.

Ryan smiled as he said

Ryan: Since I took Vegapunk and killed the other scientist on that island. Then the WG can only grab those who worked with Vegapunk. Former M.A.D.S. members. I have Ceaser clown. I just grabbed Vinsmoke Judge in the North Blue. All that's left is Queen.

Kaidos eye's condensed but then he smiled

Kaido: WORORORORO does the WG have the power to move now that they're facing you

Ryan: Of course they do. Have you ever thought why no space ability aside from the door fruit has been seen. Not to mention if that old Immortal went himself your base and wano may be destroyed directly.

Kaidos eye's condensed even more and then he laughed

Kaido: WORORORORO. Don't use such stupid ideas to trick me. I am KAIDO

Kaidos body shrunk rapidly as he fell from the sky toward Ryan.

Kaido: Now hand over the weapons and Vegapunk. THUNDER BAGUA

Ryan: HAHAHAHAHA NOT ON YOUR LIFE. RAGNAROK

With Peak armament Haki, Conquers coating and lightning enveloped on one mace and one hammer. The two attack's came towards one another. A foot before the attacks could touch a black and red mass appeared.

Black and red lightning bolts flashed around the two as a strong wind erupted from the impact. The sky split as the several ships leaving the island got a speed boost. When the attack stopped the two fell from the sky onto the island.

What happened next was a battle that shook the island. The two didn't use any fancy moves just strength and Haki.

BOOM

Ryan: Although this is fun it'd be a shame if tomorrow's headline was the two commanders under Kaido got captured. Don't forget I also took the Serephim. Ember may not be the last of his race but he's the easiest one to find. A two for one special.

BOOM

Kaido: Don't underestimate my subordinates. Especially Ember. He's not who he used to be. Wano is safe without me there.

Ryan: Oh~? Could it be the guy Ember broke through and became an Admiral level powerhouse.

Kaido: Wororororo that's right. After fighting against me during this time Ember's talent fully blossomed. Even if those guys show up it wont be easy.

Thinking this he suddenly smiled as he said

Ryan: Say Kaido. How about after the fight I give you the guns blueprints. But you have to wright down your knowledge in using Haki and building your physical strength.

Kaido squinted his eyes at Ryan and said

Kaido: What are you plotting?

Ryan: Hehehehehe Wouldn't it be fun. Wouldn't it be fun if the entire world has a systematic way to improve their strength. Although it won't show now a year maybe three or four even five. It may create a generation of powerhouses. Imagine an era where the new pirates entering the new world are all at the level of a Navy Vice Admiral. Even a few of them with strengths of the commanders or Warlords. Doesn't such a world sound fun

Kaidos eyes widened laughed and said

Kaido: Wororororo. You guy is really crazy. Do you think those bunch of useless guy's who have been fooled by the WG would train to gain strength

Ryan: Indeed but what if I gave them a reason. A reason so terrible they have no choice but to work hard or they'll die.

Kaido paused and Ryan didn't take advantage.

Kaido: What do you mean

Ryan: The real reason I destroyed Mother Frame is because if the government uses it. Even if it's just a test. It'll make a hole just like the one under Enies Lobby.

Kaido: And

Ryan: What if I told you that because of that hole. Aqua lagoona. The giant wave that hits Water Seven exist. What if I told you that the receding and improving of the tide on long ring long land island is also because of that hole.

Kaido: The only thing that can make that hole should be

Ryan: That's right Uranus.

Kaido: If they had such a weapon they would've used it then.

Ryan: Not if there's only one shot left in the chamber. You see they lack the energy source to make it work after the final shot. That's why they had Vegapunk making the Mother Frame. So that he could make a proper power source for Uranus. Then they would have two weapons of mass destruction.

Kaido: And how does this make the people in the world scared

Ryan: The Holy Land, Wano and Zou are all high reaching places. The reason for that is because once such a weapon is used that hole will have a chain reaction that effects the entire world. Tsunamis, hurricanes and earthquake's will happen all around the world. Then the sea level around the world will rise. Island's will disappear. Ever wondered why some large rocks or small little sandy island are just randomly in the sea. It's because the rest of the island is already covered by the sea. Covered by the sea because of the test to see the power of Uranus. The blank century wasn't just one of war. It was one where the sea itself changed. And it stems from that hole

Kaido had wide eyes as he looked at Ryan.

Kaido: The WG wouldn't

He wanted to say something but stopped and said

Kaido: Those guys are fucking insane.

Ryan: Indeed. I want the world but not a destroyed one. So to make those guy's obedient and work hard. I'm going to threaten them with Pluton. Because I know it's location. So once I succeed in taking the world if any island doesn't have the combat power of a Navy Vice Admiral. BOOM destroyed

Kaido: WORORORORO you're crazy

Ryan: It seems your side has trouble.

Kaido: I can do the deal. But Queen must speak with Vegapunk.

Ryan: Alright.

Ryan then turned and walked away. As for the business of the hundred beast pirates it wasn't his problem.

Kaido: What

Pirate: Lord Kaido it's bad. The WG has sent several strong people here somehow. They seem to have come for Lord Queen. We're fighting but even Lord Ember is being besieged and suppressed.

Kaido: Damn bastard's in the WG. I'm on my way.

Flying off and taking one last look in the direction of Ryan he thought

"Unlike the guy of Rock's you actually understand what you're up against and don't dare to slacken. Even with so much battle power outside this place is still a fortress with three more Admirals. No wonder the WG doesn't dare to attack this place but my own"

However he still said as he left

Kaido: Don't get to comfortable Ryan I'll be back to finish this fight
