Situation out of control

No matter why those monsters appeared, the government must not panic at this time. As long as they prevented the monsters from attacking ordinary citizens, the number of moon thralls wouldn't increase any further, and they would all be eliminated sooner or later. 

As the president's orders were issued one by one, his subordinates' pens moved nonstop, writing down his instructions. The relevant policies were quickly decided upon.

"Alright..." The president let out a light sigh. "Everyone, act according to this temporary order. Let's bring the situation under control first... Why are you all staring at me?"

Mid-sentence, the president saw everyone present stare at a spot behind him, looking like they'd seen a ghost. 

Chills suddenly emerged in his heart. He subconsciously looked back, only to see an entirely dark figure standing behind him holding a longsword in its hand.
