Arianell watched the scene with eyes widened in shock. The house was set ablaze, and flames reflected in her amethyst eyes. Her home for almost four years was destroyed, while she was pinned on the floor, not able to do anything. The tears filled her eyes unconsciously.

Just what was happening now? Many people got closer to her, their eyes spitting the hate and their breath carrying the traces of intoxication by the alcohol, as the beers and liquors were given for free during a celebration in the city.

"Please… This must be some misunderstanding…!"

But the crowd wasn't listening. Their eyes flashed with a fake sense of victory like they defeated something that didn't even exist.
