"Th-They are?" Those two simple words were filled with so much emotion that Velia couldn't breathe, his heart writhing in his chest at the tears that rapidly filled Sarell's pale eyes.

"They are." He repeated, still hesitant to believe that Sarell wasn't storming out or raging at him. "You don't hate me?" He tentatively asked when it seemed like Sarell couldn't form words.

"Upset you're just telling me, yes but no, I don't hate you. Where are they?" He said in a single breath, his tears tapering off, a small smile starting out. "Can I see them?"

The last question was asked like they were both back at Velia's childhood bedroom in the King's Castle, he didn't like the sound of it.
