376 God Enel, Beaten Up

Enel is very confident. He thinks that Whitebeard must be pretending to be so indifferent. Faced with such a powerful force, no mortal can resist.

Even if Whitebeard could barely resist it, the toll on him would be devastating. Enel felt that sooner or later, Whitebeard would fall, and at that moment, he would strike with all his might.

Whitebeard remarked. However, any praise from Whitebeard at this point felt more like a veiled mockery to Enel.

Unable to injure Whitebeard, Enel questioned the worthiness of his power to receive praise. He felt utterly defeated.

Whitebeard hadn't even attacked yet, but Enel's confidence took a serious blow, worse than before.

Enel will be even more desperate when he is defeated by Luffy.

Enel's defeat by Luffy was just a failure, not a sign of weakness compared to Luffy. But now, he has given his all, and Whitebeard hasn't even moved. The gap is truly insurmountable.

Even without making a move, Whitebeard's mere presence cast a lifelong shadow in Enel's heart. Enel was now desperate to the extreme. He had exhausted all his strength, and he no longer had the power or the will to fight.

"I….I surrender" 

Enel said, both helpless and decisive. He had to let go of his pride and yield to another god.

In Enel's eyes, Whitebeard is now the true god. But Whitebeard can't accept Enel's surrender. Enel has hurt too many people, and Whitebeard can't just let it slide.

"I'm sorry, but you've hurt my family. There's a price to pay," 

Whitebeard said solemnly.

A surge of power emanated from Whitebeard's body, accompanied by the oscillation of Conqueror's Haki. This was the highest level of Conqueror's Haki evolution, allowing him to exert his will as he pleased.

At that moment, Whitebeard's Conqueror's Haki spread out like a massive palm, completely immobilizing Enel. Enel found himself trapped, with only his feet able to move, while the rest of his body was rendered immobile.

Enel suddenly shouted and begged Whitebeard for mercy.

"Let me go, I admit my mistakes. Please don't kill me."

Enel was completely caught by Whitebeard, feeling like an ant about to be squashed. This inevitable death at the hands of another master filled Enel with real fear for the first time. He was terrified, afraid of death.

"Are you really sorry for what you've done?" 

Whitebeard jokes, increasing the pressure on Enel at the same time.

Enel felt his bones being compressed and deformed. Under this pressure, he couldn't breathe, causing hypoxia and making his face turn red.

"I know." 

Enel tried to make a sound. He was no longer the powerful god. At that moment, he felt like a chicken in Whitebeard's hands and could be disposed of at will.

"That's it, then I'll give you a chance." 

Whitebeard then eased off the pressure. Enel was breathing heavily, but the fear from just moments ago lingered, making it hard for him to calm down.

Not long after Enel breathed a sigh of relief, Whitebeard struck with a vibration force, hitting Enel's body. His chest immediately cracked a few ribs, and he grimaced in pain as he spat out blood.

This wasn't over yet. Whitebeard delivered several powerful blows one after another, hitting Enel from different directions. Enel ended up covered in bruises and welts, with swollen eyes that he couldn't even open.

Below, Sabo helped Hack wake up and they both floated on the sea. Sabo suggested that Hack swim to catch up with the ship ahead while he remained behind. He wanted to see what Whitebeard would do next.

However, seeing Enel in such a state, Sabo felt a stark contrast.

The guy who was invincible just moments ago, calling himself a god, now looks so embarrassed, making it quite ironic.

"If there's a god, it should be Whitebeard," 

Sabo said, looking at Enel. Despite Enel's sorry state, Sabo still admired his power.

Sabo considered the possibility of recruiting Enel into the Revolutionary Army. Despite Enel's arrogance, Sabo sensed no underlying schemes, making it a potential option worth trying.

Sabo was eager to see how Whitebeard would deal with Enel. If Whitebeard intended to kill him, Sabo was ready to intervene and make his plea. However, what happened next surprised him.

Enel's eyes were filled with awe and fear as he looked at Whitebeard. His mind went blank when Whitebeard declared that he was his son. 

Without hesitation, Enel weakly agreed.
