"Sorry, I am religious, I just tend to swear a lot." Nika apologized profusely but was left stunned when the man continued.

"Not that, just don't mention religion. Not long ago,people would have rallied to burn you at the stake just for saying that word, if you're a spiritual person just say that instead." Saint Germain's words left Nika both embarrassed and puzzled which prompted Uriel to explain even further.

"Religion has always been a touchy subject, but it's even more so for people in this country because they took part in the crusades which was essentially a war for religion," Uriel then turned to Saint Germain and asked. "what do I need to do to keep this dagger?"
