"The medium sized mechas has more weapons equipped and has harsher requirement to be able to control the mecha itself. There are several requirements depending on the design, which is divided to the level F to S with the F level has the lowest requirement. In terms of physical strength' requirement, C is enough but the mental strength for the higher ones are higher…."

The teacher then showed several pictures to show the differences in the requirement for the mental strength and the reasons. 

Most of them were because of the program inside the mechas itself. 

The higher the level, the more uses would there be in the mechas and more complicated weapons could be installed. But to be able to control these weapons precisely, higher mental strength is required.

Without sufficient mental strength, the burden for their brain was too big. If they forced themselves, they might end up braindead or fall into coma.

Either way, the end result wouldn't be good.
