Still a no?

"Do you still think she's innocent, Mr. Wu? A woman who committed all crimes you can think of that could break a world record is innocent?"

This was not true, was what Leo wanted to say. However, he knew there could be some truth in it. Even so, he didn't want to accept them just as it was. People could just have rigged the list to make her look bad.

"There must be a reason," he murmured, nodding to himself. He forced a smile as he looked up at Dominic. "I lived with her. She's like a puppet. I'm sure Dragon is simply using her and her face as his front. It makes sense! Now, the authorities are after her instead of him!"

The more he rationalized it, the more desperate he appeared. Yet, he seemed to have believed it. 

"Minister Zhu." Leo put down the tablet, looking at him straight in the eye. He patted his chest as he spoke. "Please. Believe me. They're just using Hera. She didn't do all of this and even if she did, they were all against her will!"
