Fix him

Primo's lips parted, his eyes fixed on the wounded soldier Heaven was dragging out of the woods. Once Heaven had cleared the forest, she dropped the soldier's feet and scanned him and Moose.

"What the hell is that?" Moose, accustomed to her regular antics, pointed at the soldier near her feet. "Why did you come out dragging him with you? Where's your ride?"

"It broke down on the way here." Heaven tipped her head back to the forest. "It's not so far—"

A thunderous explosion suddenly rang in the forest, compelling the three (Heaven, Moose, and Primo) to look back. She shrugged and then redirected her attention to the two.

"See?" she said. "It's not that far. So, you don't have to worry that I dragged this guy all by myself."

"Who said anyone's worried?" Moose's face twitched in dismay. "No one's worried about you. If anything, we should be worried about ourselves."
