Losing a body part was considered a small price to pay in the underground world. There were even some practices of taking out a finger or a hand depending on the member's crime. Therefore, there were still many things Primo should be thankful for. He just lost an arm, but he was still alive.
"Ah, ah..." Primo let out short whimpers as the doctor attached a prosthetics to his severed shoulder. He clenched his teeth, as he could still feel a slight pain and discomfort. But unlike the past several months, he could endure such slight pain.
"You'll feel a slight discomfort, but that's normal. Please bear with it."
Primo glanced at the middle-aged woman in front of him. The latter explained how the prosthetic worked while he attentively listened. Losing an arm shouldn't be a problem, thanks to the advanced technology.
"Now, try moving your new hand." The woman took a step back, nodding at him encouragingly.
