"They're taking quite some time, don't you think?" Moose walked up to Bear's side as the latter was staring at the track from the finish line. "I don't want to make you overthink, but those guys are also late. They usually come first or second."
Bear kept his gaze ahead, waiting for any sign of Axel and Heaven. It had been minutes since the last car reached the finish line, but Heaven and those rogues hadn't arrived yet.
"Won't you go there?" asked Moose, tilting his head to the side. "I can come with you and pray they are still warm."
"Shut up, Moose." Bear's expression darkened. "That is not a request, but a warning."
Moose shrugged, zipping his lips.
"I'll search for them if they hadn't arrived in ten minutes," said Bear.
