This battle was undoubtedly very stressful and frustrating for me but Celes undoubtedly showed all his splendor as a Knight of Zeorian by defeating our first mortal enemy, but I was more surprised by the fact that Celes knew how to use magic. since I saw Sarah use healing magic that day, magic has undoubtedly caught my attention and seeing that she could also use it I realized that this would be the perfect opportunity to learn more about her.

After finishing securing our prisoner, she smiled at me as she made a small bow to me, we sat down again to rest before traveling again.

-Zyrus: By the way Celes, I couldn't help noticing that you know how to use magic, the truth is that ever since I saw Sarah use magic I wanted to know more about magic.

-Celes: Huh? oh yes, in the knight academy they teach us to use basic level holy magic in case we have to help an injured person but I also have an affinity towards lightning so I learned to use basic level lightning magic to complement my skills.

[Enhancement Magic]: Increases someone's attribute temporarily, whether physical or magical, it can also add effects to the weapon such as elements, increase its hardness or sharpness.

[Summoning Magic]: The summoner gives up some of his magical power to summon a beast from the astral plane to fight by his side or help him with other tasks, it should be noted that the summoning is only a physical reflection of the true beast it shares his consciousness and this disappears if the power that the summoner granted him runs out or the summoner himself wishes it so, falls unconscious or dies.

[Holy Magic]: Allows you to use healing spells, cleanse diseases, undo curses, and use support spells, such as barriers or protection fields.

[Special Magic]l: Special magic is considered those that do not fall into any of the other types of magic, for example magic to detect, make pacts, among others.

-Celes: There are 2 other types of magic that are very unique, the magic of light and the magic of darkness, the first, unlike the others, cannot be learned, it is almost a gift with which one is born and is very rare and very few are the people who can use it, on the other hand, the ones of darkness are only used by those people whose heart succumbed to it, although the race of demons can also use it, that is why users of darkness magic are considered a threat and very dangerous.

[Light Magic]: If you are a user of it, you are considered a gifted and special person. Unlike Holy, light magic focuses more on offense and also has properties to use defensive spells, it all depends on which side the user leans.

[Darkness Magic]: If you are a user of it, you are considered an enemy of the church and all humanity, with tendencies to cause great destruction and inflict multiple damages to the body, both physical and mental.

-Zyrus: I understand, I didn't know that there were so many types of magic and how to categorize them, it will be difficult to memorize all that.

-Celes: Don't worry My Lord, magic is a very long topic and difficult to learn even with specialized teachers, while you manage to remember the basics, the rest is learned over time.

-Celes: True, there are 5 levels of magic, in which depending on the power or utility of the spell it is categorized into one of them, these are Basic, Advanced, Expert, Master and Forbidden.

[Basic Magic]: The most basic level of magic and can be accessed by anyone with a little magical power.

[Advanced Magic]: The second level of magic, this one already has more powerful spells and with a little training it can be accessed.

[Expert Magic]: The third level of magic, here the spells become more destructive and more complicated to perform, it requires a lot of training to access them.

[Master Magic]: The last level of magic, the power and dexterity of this level is far above that of the previous ones, those who reach this level can even cast spells without an incantation, only those who have dedicated years of training magic can aspire to reach this level.

[Forbidden Magic]: Whether due to its devastating power or its inhuman effects, there are spells that were forbidden and no magician should perform them under any circumstances, otherwise they would be considered an enemy of the church and humanity.

-Zyrus: Wow, that's really impressive, such a variety of magic and levels, it means that the magic that Sarah used in the tunnel and the one you used in the battle are basic level, it means that I can also perform magic right now, right? I mean, being from another world, I don't know if I will have magical power.

-Celes: Anyone who lives in this world can or should be able to use magic, maybe you don't have great magic power but the moment you came to this world, your body must have been affected by the nature of this world.

After hearing that I jumped up and a smile spread on my face, thinking that I had the ability to learn magic really excited me, I wanted to cast spells as soon as possible, I almost felt like a child discovering a new toy store.

-Zyrus: That's amazing! I want you to teach me some spell!

-Celes: Hehehe...calm down My Lord, I still have to explain about the Affinities.

-Celes: Likewise, the elements have an opposite that rejects them, for example I have an affinity for lightning, I learn more easily to use spells of said element and they will also be stronger but if I tried to learn earth magic I would have many difficulties even with the most basic spell, not to mention that they would be weaker than those of someone without affinity, so it is recommended not to learn spells or abilities with the opposite element, they are a waste of effort and time.

"Maybe I could dedicate myself to studying magic since I'm here, by the time I get back home I think it would be very useful to have them on hand but I wonder if the magical power will also come with me to my world, because it would be devastating for me to learn a lot of spells for when I get back home I can't use them because my world doesn't share the same nature as this world, I guess I'll have to take it easy and think it through before dedicating myself to this.
