A horn blared loudly as the royal carriage from Howvale entered the gates of Vrussia. It was evening, and almost everyone was at home. They all rushed out upon hearing the announcements.

"They're so many people," Hazel cooed as she and Asher stared at the humans from the window. She placed her hands on the window, pressing her face against the glass to stare at a woman and the baby she was carrying. The carriage continued to ride straight to the Castle, and the people followed it to see the human who had sacrificed herself and survived in the vampire kingdom. Eve had a big smile on her face as they rode past the many places that held some of her childhood memories. The horses were finally pulled to a stop in front of the huge gates of the castle where the human King and Queen were waiting for their arrival.
