Stolen Nightmares

"I think we will soon have another child running in the palace. I wish it would be a girl this time." Caroline paused near the kitchen where she was going to make more scones.

Everyone thought of her as their new head maid, one of them so they were not so cautious around her. She smiled at them and they nodded back.

"I heard your highness scolding the young lord for sharing their room. He told the young master that they needed privacy to give him a sister. Gosh! I could not wait to have a pretty young lady." the other maids giggled and nodded.

"I have never thought that dark aura would leave the palace. But this place has been so nice recently. I am glad that I did not leave the job." how preposterous.
