Terrifying Opponent

Kaelan quickly used Blink- a rapid, short-range teleportation spell that allowed for quick dodges and repositioning in battle.

Vanishing in a flash, he coolly reappeared a few feet behind the charging Blightspawn.

The tormented creature's barbed tongue slashed through the spot where he had just been standing, missing him by mere inches.

But unperturbed, Kaelan calmly raised his right hand, pointing his index finger at the abomination.

"Space Manipulation: Spatial Rend," he chanted.

In the next second, a tiny, glowing point of light appeared at the tip of his finger.

At first, it appeared very small, almost infinitesimal, but in the blink of an eye, it suddenly grew larger, brighter, and more intense!

It did not take the Blightspawn long to pinpoint Kaelan's location, though, thanks to its multi-eyed perception.
