The Eckwood Forest
...A vast expanse of land filled with an abundance of trees, plants, and wildlife.
Its towering evergreen trees stretched towards the sky, their lush branches creating a magnificent, dense, and verdant canopy that filtered the sunlight... casting cool, dappled shadows on the forest floor.
On the tallest tree of them all, standing on a thick branch over 50 meters high up in the air, Kara and Mazi watched the over 100-meter-long caravan stretch out for tens of meters on the ground below them.
The convoy resembled a ginormous serpent and like one, the sterling silver of its metallic trailers gleamed like slithering scales in the seeping light of the late afternoon sky.
It was almost two weeks since the traveling company's fearsome encounter with the Armored Bloodworm in the Death Valley and since then, they had traveled hundreds upon hundreds of miles.
