Chapter 18 - Traders and People

Vex nodded in agreement and led his team to the nearby forest to gather more wood and stone. Agra and his team got ready to follow the first team to Black Copper Town.

As the two teams set off, Adrian sat in the camp and started thinking about what else he could do to expand his business. He knew that he needed more capital to buy more land and resources.

Adrian sat down on a wooden stool in the middle of his camp, surrounded by his wooden puppets. He gazed out at the vast forest that surrounded him and took a deep breath. He knew that he needed to make plans for the future if he wanted to grow his camp and make it more sustainable.

He thought about the possibility of meeting with other people, both to learn from them and to trade with them. He had heard about Black Copper Town, Indan Mountain Town, and Hopel, and he knew that there were more than thirty other villages controlled by Hope Kingdom. He wondered how he could make connections with those places and what he could offer them in return.

He also thought about the need for more structures in his camp. The wooden house he had built was functional, but he needed more space for storing resources and crafting new tools and puppets. He considered building a bigger cabin or even a small village of wooden houses.

As he contemplated his future plans, Adrian realized that he needed more power and more puppets to achieve his goals. He knew that he had to continue gathering resources and expanding his camp, and he resolved to do whatever it takes to make it happen.

"It also makes sense to create some sort of bunker house for puppets; they do not care to spend the night outside, but why not, considering that I have more than enough resources to create houses for them to stay in?"

"It will also make the land look more polished. After I buy the land that I want and have official rights to do whatever, I can make things with more ease, but for the time being, it is best to create three longhouses with twenty rooms that could give a place to stay for 240 puppets."

Ardian made his next plan and waited for the puppets to come back from resource gathering.

Three hours later, the team of Vex comes back, and Ardian orders them to start building three long houses. The puppets started working after taking the order.

Everything was created faster than usual due to the fact that the puppets were smarter, had a larger number, and had good teamwork with each other because they had no emotions against each other, as well as the fact that they made some wood and stone tools, such as stone axes, using some of the wood as nails as much as they could.

At that time, Adrian heard some sort of voice in his mind. It was Pan himself.

"Creator, we have encountered seven human beings in our way; they seem to be ordinary people and traders."

Adrian nodded and made an order in his mind.

"Just tell them hi and be on your way; if they ask or want to know something, do ask me before continuing the conversation."
