Cant post later this week so early chapter

A week had passed since Finn began training the slugcats, and describing it as challenging would be a severe understatement. The slugcats' teamwork was abysmal, to the point where Finn spent more time tending to the wounds they inflicted on each other than anything else. The most frequent culprits were Add and Minus, who continually managed to shoot their own siblings in the back during training exercises.
These friendly fire incidents led to multiple arguments and even physical fights among the slugcats. Finn couldn't help but find some amusement in these brawls, given that their high endurance, thanks to Finn's influence, meant they couldn't really hurt each other too severely. Despite the frustrations and hilarity, Finn remained committed to improving their coordination and combat skills, knowing that it was a critical part of their adaptation and survival.
That's why Finn was currently watching them battle a small group of three vultures, and to his pleasant surprise, things were going remarkably well. One of the vultures had already been grounded thanks to a barrage of arrows from Add, who, with his longbow, could strike them no matter how high they flew.
What truly impressed Finn, however, was Minus's contribution to the fight. She played a crucial role in preventing the vultures from swarming the group. Whenever a vulture dipped too low towards the ground, Minus unleashed a rapid volley of bone arrows, ensuring that none of the birds could get too close. Their coordinated effort was a promising sign of their improving teamwork and combat skills.
The noticeable improvement did not stop there as finn watched the 3 melee of the group swiftly approached the downed vulture who struggled regain its barrings as they pounced upon it using their weapons to cause massive gashes all over its body as it struggled to fight back with no success as a moment later, Crescent armed with their broad sword, swung in one clean motion, severing the vulture's head from its body. It was a demonstration of their growing prowess in combat, and Finn couldn't help but feel a sense of pride in their progress.
The fight raged on for a few more minutes before the 2 other vultures quickly followed their friend.
{Good work you guys take a breath and eat up because we will be heading back up to see moon} Finn said as he appraoched the slugcats, who although fatigued, were visibly pleased to hear that they would be heading back up to see Moon.
*30 minutes later*
After a short rest, the group commenced their journey back up Moon's body. Finn was aware that the trip would be significantly faster than his previous journey with Spearmaster, thanks to Moon's guidance, which provided them with more direct routes. However, not even two hours into their ascent, Finn came to a halt in front of one of the tunnels he intended to enter. Small traces of blood were evident around the entrance, catching his attention.
Finn's instincts went on high alert as he carefully examined the bloodstains. He knew that they could indicate potential danger or an unexpected development within Moon's body. With caution, he signaled the slugcats to be ready and proceeded to investigate the tunnel, prepared for whatever they might encounter inside.
As they traveled through the blood-stained passage, Finn and the slugcats found nothing more than occasional traces of blood. While this could be seen as lucky in the sense that they hadn't encountered any immediate threats, it also meant that they remained vigilant, not letting their guard down as they followed the trail.
Exiting the tunnel, they found themselves a good distance up Moon's body, around the same level where Finn and Spearmaster had fought the Miros Vulture. The familiarity of the surroundings was a reminder of their journey's progress within this living world, and Finn couldn't help but wonder if the spearmaster was okay.
{Chief over there!} Finn's contemplations were abruptly interrupted when Add pointed off into the distance. Finn's attention was immediately drawn to something purple struggling to make its way through a vent.
{Spearmaster?} Finn immediately recognized the struggling figure as Spearmaster, but rather than wasting any time, he swiftly made his way toward the vent where he had last seen Spearmaster disappear. His five clones followed him quietly, maintaining a watchful presence as they approached the vent, ready to lend their assistance or support to their leader as needed.
