Deep in the forest, Benedict and his team hunted for thaids. Making their first kill wasn't easy, but after steeling their nerves, they took down a pair of the creatures.
As they continued hunting, things got easier, though taking a life never became simple. Unlike Erik's methodical approach, the students fought more freely to maximize their kills. Still, their inexperience would have been obvious to any observer.
Currently, the group was fighting a medium-sized thaid. The beast had a reptilian body, a feline head, and a mouth filled with small, sharp teeth.
Its body was covered in thick, yellowish-brown fur. Its paws were large claws, which could be used for digging or ripping apart its prey.
The creature turned to Benedict. It was going to gore him, but an arrow was shot at the creature's eyes. However, the beast moved, avoiding the attack at the last moment.
