a completely normal guy got killed by truck-kun and meet rob and got wishes. but there is a catch the world will be random and he will be reincarnated as a character in the show. And by his bad luck he got reincarnated as riser phenex a stepping stone villain. But with some wishes he will change his fate and become the final boss instead of a stepping stone villain.
