An irresistible Bait

Tanks to the timely intervention of Zack, Riley would have succeeded in damaging Luke's ribs.

She was so bitter with the way Luke manhandled her all in the name of wanting to take her against her will. 

But the part of her mission that got her all shaken up was when she intentionally drugged her drink while hoping Luke would take the bait and drink it.

'What if he had caught me while I was drugging the drink? What if I mistakenly Frank my own from? What if he had refused to take either of the drinks? What if he trusted me and ended up taking his own drink instead of mine.' Riley's head began to ache from all the scary questions.

The terror of what just went down, made Riley tremble uncontrollably in Zack's arms and it took him a while to calm her down.

"I thought I was going to mess up with the drinks," Riley whispered. 

"But you didn't and I'm impressed with how perfectly you carried out your mission." Zack praised her.
