Berillan Deep inside

The Royal Palace of Berillan is located in a low-lying area, where its splendor can be seen from all directions. It appears to be chiseled out of bright marble stone and is reached via a path that runs through a beautiful garden filled with blooming flowers.

Behind the spectacular view, however, lies a reality that is very different from the splendor that emanates from the layman's eye. Deep beneath the foundations of the majestic building lies a dungeon that is notorious for being a place of horror, almost like shadows dancing in the bright sunlight.

A different atmosphere greets anyone who steps into the prison, a stark contrast to the beauty known in the palace that towers above it. The dank air seemed to embrace every inmate who stepped into the gloomy corridors and felt very dark. The semi-circular cells exposed prisoners to brittle stone walls that felt cold to the touch, like caresses from a dark world that never knew the sun.
