As normally the combat power increases when you have more ki, I don't think that the infinite energy of the androids makes you have unlimited ki or magic, but the amount of energy that you can store regenerates almost instantly when you spend it, which makes it seem infinite, I say this so that you take it into account and not just put an infinity symbol in the magic and ki stats.

why not knowledge of how to make the dragon balls so he can make better ones because I know he has more magic and ki than kami. But make so it only listens to the mc only so other people don't steal them

He could ask to have the ability to use Saiyan transformations or to have the Saiyan DNA in his body becoming half Saiyan half human. Although this wish may be for the future, I only say it to give you ideas.

Make holy grail or have him wish instant recovery all types of form energy in existence(like mortal ki and God ki, magic energy, destruction energy). Or ask for all form of martial arts from to the past to future In all the universe their is.(I think all super dragon ball has ability to grant this types of wish as normal dragon ball might shenron might died from heartache after hearing this OP wish)

Survival in space and space/time powers can be covered in magic. Just let him use his daily roll creative, like magic knowlege or adaptation. Infinite energy could be covered with a roll in energy restoration, when high enough it might as well be inifinit in practise. I would wish for something rolls cannot do. Maybe the magic knowlege, if you don´t wanna open that can of worms. I think the adaptation should be in the rolls, since it is a natural part of dragon ball, like the adaptation to gravity.

You wanna make him hella broken just use wishes to give multiversal travel, immortality via regeneration, hyper adaptive evolution, and varying forms of invulnerability.

He should wish Shenron to teleport him to Namek, wish for unlimited potential and instantly regeneration of all types of energy in his body from Porunga, get his potential unlocked from Guru and bam instant OP. Then use last wish to teleport back to earth.

Why not give him power over Life and Death so he could revive anyone he wants
