AN AMBUSH II

This was war! I didn't need to be told twice!

The water nymph had now risen from the water, the scales on their body glistening in the sub as they stared at us with the tridents in their arms ready for a fight. Aurora and Yasmin still remained in the water staring up at the water nymphs in shock and something akin to awe. The water nymphs didn't pay them any attention because their gaze were placed on mine.

I counted twelve of them. They must have heard what happened to their companions they had sent to attack me which was why they had to send this small army to come to us. I shifted nervously. There were a lot of them and I doubt either I and my friends know how to handle water nymphs. I couldn't also fight because of my condition. I was also sure there was no way I could make it back to the castle to call for help. Right now the only thing I could do was try and buy time and hope someone notices we are missing.
