So well he had not been expecting this. This being Candice at his front door on a Saturday. He just wanted to rest from the fallout, but he just couldn't do that. He watched from the stairs as she talked to his dad. He didn't know why he was hiding like it wasn't his house, but he was. It was at that moment that she looked up and he jolted.

He wondered why his dad wasn't looking at that moment to see the smile she was giving him and then made that come hither motion with her fingers. He stood straighter.
