His name was Momonga.

Zoro stared at the Onigumo and released his Armament Haki. While Sanji shifted his attention to Momonga and his legs began to spin at an extremely fast speed, causing flames on it.

He also used Armament Haki but he didn't use his Lightning powers.

On the other hand, several of the Rear Admirals also prepared themselves.

"Aokiji, let's fight a little far away from them otherwise you should the consequences yourself." Liam spoke as he used Moonwalk to fly away.

Aokiji also looked at the preparation of marines and straw hats. He immediately understood the scope of damage this battle would cause to the Enies Lobby and nodded.
