Before The Sun Sets

While watching the children eating heartily, Rosie suddenly heard her name being called from outside. She touched May's shoulder, asking the young girl to keep eating and finish her food. Then, Rosie came out of the house and saw Aslan arriving with a cart full of woods.

Rosie was sure the cart was very heavy, but Aslan made it look so light. She rushed after her husband and helped the man push the cart until it reached their yard. 

"You must be very tired," Rosie said as she accepted the now empty box Aslan had brought, and so was the water container.

"Yes, I'm quite tired. I think I'll rest early today because tomorrow I have to go with Barl."

"Then, clean yourself up first. I've got dinner ready."

Aslan frowned at the sound of several people's voices in the house. When passing through the door of his house, he could see the four children this morning sitting around his dining table. 

"They are still here?" Aslan asked his wife.
