CHAPTER SEVENTY TWO

" I don't think moving in with you is a good idea. I mean we just started this relationship and I think we are moving too fast. If we can slow things down and just stuck to the visits and all, it would be nicer than for me to move in"

"I don't understand. What's nice about you coming and going? I don't see why moving in with me is a big deal. We already know what we want and I know I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Why is this an issue for you?" He asked her

"You are getting it all wrong! Moving in is not the issue" she snapped at him

"Then what is? Your ex boyfriend?"

"Can you stop it? Yale has nothing to do with me. I a not moving in with you and it is not because of Yale. I am needed at home. Anything can happen back there and I have to be there to protect them!"

"You are not their guardian! They aren't kids! Their battle isn't yours. Stop trying to protect them!"

"You're sounding selfish" Beth said
