Chapter 48

Hunter

First thing Monday morning, I was ready to do some work at home. Thank goodness I owned the damn company and didn't need to go to the office. My top priority was to get some single dads to join the group. I sent a quick note to Madison to tell her I wouldn't be in today and that she should direct all my calls to my cell phone. Not that anyone really called the office these days-everyone tended to call cells directly.

I arrived at the kindergarten early as I dropped Olivia off, just in time to catch some of the guys. I knew a couple dropped their kids off at about the same time as I did, and I was ready and waiting for them. I even spent last night photocopying Madison's flyers... but I got rid of the pink, the breastfeeding advice section, and some other things related to women, replacing it with guy stuff. Things we could relate to.

"Hi, My name's Hunter James, and there's a single parents group..." I said as I gave the first dad the flyer.
