The Cave and Sleep - Chapter 18

Alan took a deep breath and returned his gaze to the campfire, as he always did.

An adventurous person with not enough knowledge about a real-life situation

The danger would begin to leave and walk around him.

But Alan is no fool.

There is no need for him to do something like that. Right now, the only thing he needs to do is focus on the matter of survival on the last day.

The night was about to end. Alan's enhanced physical power allows him to stay awake without losing power.

An ordinary individual can also stay awake one night, but their attention, physical power, and other things would start to decrease.

"Not sleeping for a night is the best choice,"

Alan said to himself. It is the last day that he needs to survive.

There's no reason to put yourself in danger just to sleep.

He starts to walk in the forest. He has a plan in mind.

He is not going to stay outside for the last day.

He needs a secluded place to pass the time. a place where nobody can see him, smell him, or hear him. Considering he is still sleepy, as long as he finds a good place,

As he walked in the forest, he kept looking at his back.

Most of the hunters and people who like to hunt him would decide to attack from behind. He needs to be careful.

Two hours of walking later, he found a good place. A mountain.

The mountain was so big that its end could not be seen.

Alan smiled and then started to climb.

He was still alert and kept looking around, as the mountains have their monsters and wild animals.

It is funny that he did not encounter any other contestants.

Alan did not know% that 80 of thecontestants hads already died.Other smart ones have already hidden or do not move around much..

After climbing up the mountain for one hour, Alan turned his head and looked down. The forest seemed pretty far away. He should be up to 500 meters.

His eyes searched for a place for himself. Other than some big rocks and small plants, there are not many things he can see.

as he was going to go up even more. He saw an entrance. It is not a direct and clear entrance.

Alan gets close to the rock formation and looks inside. He smiled after understanding what he had found.

"A cave, like a place."

Alan takes a deep breath, closes his eyes a little, and then enters. He passes two small rocks hiding the entrance by crouching down.

The inside of the small place still takes in light. I noticed another entrance inside the cave after entering.

It was more hidden and weird.

He looks inside of it and notices that the area is big enough for him to fit even if he lays down. He squeezes himself in and then smiles.

He picks up some stones from the small hole he entered and blocks the entrance by putting them there.

After deciding whether he is going to stay here, he leaves the small hole cave and comes to the main cave.

First, he blocks the entrance of the main cave, and then he enters the small cave and blocks it.

If someone finds himself here, Alan is just going to curse his luck.
