the magma started to bubble and boil and rise as the crab that was stuck was shot out after a burst of magma shot out it then slowly landed on the floor by the crack. more cracks started to branch off of the main crack that was filled with magma.

a long thin tail risen out as it slowly twisted upward before the sleep head of the gulper eel slowly rose out with the magma slowly rolling off before turning into hard black stones from the cold water of the depths. the crack spread out a bit as kusho risen out from his magma bed and twirled his body towards the crab.

"ah i feel refreshed!" he said as he looked around to notice a lot looked smaller and different. he could clearly see the dead crab laying there as he picked it up and put it in his mouth where he then pushed it into his stomach.

"Cooked crab taste so good! The fact of knowing this is both confusing and comforting." he thought to himself as he tilted his body upward and started swimming. "finally, I can go see the blue water!"

he said as his body kept swimming for a while towards the surface as everything around him was both clear and black. he hit the edge of where the blue met the darkness of the oceans and looked out as he seen schools of fish swimming and other big fish hunting. there was a thresher shark approaching the school of fish but once he seen kusho swimming and spiraling around on the edge of the depths it quickly made a turn and went another direction.

"Even though this is wonderful to see i can't stay here sense i don't blend in it will be way harder for me to hunt. BUUUT that doesn't mean i cant explore while im here plus this school of fish will be an easy catch." he said to himself as his fish like beak clacked together before he spiraled upwards and his mouth started to flare up like a whales would before he caught almost half of the fish in his mouth before forcing them slowly into his stomach.

kusho slowly deflated his throat as he swam to the left in a straight line. as he seen many fish and rays pass him he started to hear a constant vibration. like a humming before seeing a large object that looked to be metal floating on water.

It was a smaller fishing boat. kusho turned into his semi aquatic form. it gave him long thin but muscular arms that had 5 fingers. his tail got thicker and he had a lot more muscles on the lining of his belly. Kusho seen a hook in the water before he brushed it to the side before freezing a big ice cube on it.

the man struggled to pull it up but when he did the ice cube hit him square in the face. his partner tried to help him up but they were both then startled by a hiss coming from the water. they looked over bored to see what it was to find a black creature with a narrow head. a long tail that hung downward in the waters. the black monster rose a hand out the water and slapped it down on the boat side before rising its other hand and slamming it down on the boat before picking it self up and looking at the men.

"they don't look no different from regular fisher men." three clicks from kusho mouth sent the men screaming as they threw sharp objects at him the man picked up a net. after seeing the net kusho tail rose out the water and lashed out at the men sending one threw the door that lead to the wheel the other man screamed as he lunged at kusho with a pattle.

kusho lunged at the man with a swiping hand but before any of the hits connected, they were sent to the ground from the boat moving kuso flailed on the ground for a bit.

20 minutes later kosha rose his body up to see that they were approaching shore. after they were 300 feet away from the shore kusho pushed his body over the side of the boat and turned into his fully aquatic form before he took off towards the bottom of the ocean back into the abyss.

"So much for a friendly greeting." kusho thought as he passed through the borderline that stopped the light from going any deeper.
