Anger and Regrets

"Kill them," Ulva said. "No." Her eyes narrowed as she stared at the mirror in her room. "Burn them while they were alive. Yes. Burn everything on that place!" She gritted her teeth in anger. She didn't even notice the silence on the other side of the communication device as she was still very angry about Ava.

Her blood was boiling and all she could think of was burning something to appease her anger.

"Say something!" Ulva hissed. She just lost one of her most promising apprentices. She should have grieved but she was always reminded of Ava's smirking face. That woman thought she had won! And Ulva couldn't accept that.

"Priestess, I believe we may have a problem," the voice on the other line said.

"Problem? What problem? Was it too hard to kill an infant?"

"No. They— They escaped."

The word escaped rung against her ears and she frowned. "What are you talking about? How come I just heard of this matter now?"
