You’re the What?!

Joshua walked out of the arena with Gregor following closely behind him. As he made his way out the bouncer moved out of the way and addressed him.

"How did it go?" He asked. "It sounded rather lively from out here."

"Oh, I won easily." Joshua replied. "As I said I would."

"Oh, right. You did say that you were the demon lord." The bouncer said. "Well good luck then and congratulations on your victory Mr demon lord."

"You as well." Joshua said with a smile.

Gregor pulled the bouncer to the side while Joshua walked away. "Did you just say that man was the demon lord?!" He asked, with a crazed frantic look in his eyes.

"Well I just felt bad, I mean he said he was the demon lord, but look at him. There is no way he could actually be the demon lord." The bouncer said. "He probably lost miserably and just wants to cover it up with his delusions. It is best just to play along with people like that. It can be dangerous when you confront them with the truth."
