Dante walked down the halls of the Scabbard Tower, his arms crossed behind his back.
He was deep in his own thoughts, still mulling over his father's words as he made his way to Estelle's quarters. It was common knowledge that Dante and Estelle did not yet share a common room, as would be expected of a dragon and his rider.
There had been many questioning eyes in Scabbard Tower, but none would dare directly confront the heir of Fort Scabbard on his personal affairs.
This arrangement had also been made by Dante upon their return to Scabbard, but with each day, the distance between Dante's quarters and Estelle's grew much more tasking to Dante, but it still was difficult for him to admit that he had made a wrong call.
Dante soon arrived at Estelle's quarters, he knocked on the door gently and waited to hear an invite before he stepped in.
