It didn't take that long for the wild boar's charred corpse to create a strong burnt smell across the village.

At the back of the house was a small yard with a mini plantation. But what used to be little plants have overgrown into gigantic sizes. Vegetables like cucumber, squash and eggplant have grown as big as a month-old baby. The leaves, branches, and vines occupied the whole yard, not leaving one space behind.

And amidst the towering vines and leaves, Lucien saw the figure of the young man escaping through the shadows. On his feet orange glowing lights trailed, leaving behind faint smoke.

And this smoke burns the small vines scattered in the ground, causing it to recoil and blackened.

Lucien stared at the young man dumbfounded until he disappeared into the forest in a different direction. 

What was that? An ability? 

Fire ability?
