Dan could not connect anything that has common connections to the human players, ghosts, and demons. 

Why are these three groups working together? Who would be stupid enough to work with demons and ghosts? 

Are these new players? No, the possibility of that is too low. 

Then that leaves the 'veteran' players. 

Dan sat down on Langris's chair and navigated the screen. The fight against Lucien and Langris was taken in perfect view. Dan had watched this scene so many times but he rewatch it again in case he missed anything. 

Lucien was able to stand on his ground because of the explosive strength of his weapon. The enemies did not expect his strength. 

Dan observed the movement, the silent teamwork, and the swiftness of their techniques.
